I've been into the C3C Editor and "enhanced" some of the civ characteristics for the German civ (added a whole stack of city names, and a few military leader names. I've saved the changes to a .BIC file (I think) per the instructions. The question now is: How do I get the game to access this new "Enhanced Germany" file???

If it is C3C, it needs to be named BIQ and loading choose it from Scenario.

Good, BIC is for vanilla, BIX is for PTW.
