How play with mod civ on real word map?

I download this mod for Iraq Empire

now I want play with this nation on some huge real Earth map, but i have only default Earth18civs with pre-set civilizations How i can play with this mod on real Earth map?

Can anybody consult me? thx very much...


PS: i try find any map here, but all maps is mods and i can't run 2 modes at one time
(my civ is BTS)
