How to convert to a .zip file

Look, I'm not a noob or anything, but I havent uploaded anything in ages. How do I upload a .biq file into a .zip file? I have WinRAR, and C3C v1.00

Also, will the map Ive edited in v1.00 still work for players in later versions?

You do not convert anything to a ZIP. A zip file and RAR for that matter are like suit cases. You take your original file and pack it within one of these.
Just right click scroll down to where it says winrar and select add to archive.
