Hud color change not working?

I tried several times while in admin to change the Hud color but it doesn't seem to work?

Would it be possible to use the RoM interface color module with C2C? because that one works fine.

I've used the HUD Color Tool quite successfully. I liked the red interface from RoM myself and I managed to duplicate it. Maybe there is something clashing between permissions for that EXE and the files it's trying to change?

I was unable to change it through the hud changer but did so from Blue Marble
