I can't load mods

I can't load mods, any one loaded display this message:

And then the main menu starts like this:

I tried several times to re-start the computer and tried to load different mods, the same error happens HOW TO FIX THIS???

I read this thread and I didn't discovery how this software works. I have installed the exe file and I just had three msm files: msxml3_wim32.msm , msxml3inf_wim32.msm and wdstddll_wim32.msm . How these files can solve the bug?

It is an installation package of Microsoft XML parser. Installing it was reported to solve XML related problems. It just might help you as well.

what should I do? where do I have to put these files (directory)? there is not executable here, it is right?
