I need Reg files for Civilization IV

When i am started installion for Civilization Patch 1.52 i get an error: No detected installed Civilization IV ....
But i installed it,
I think i need registry files for Civilization,
I will repair, but i have no cd...
What can i do?

Are you a Direct2Drive customer? If so you have to go through their Support guys - we cant help on those installations. If the patch you downloaded was the Firaxis Patch, and you are a Direct2Drive customer, that would explain the issue, you must use their version of the patches if you are a Direct2Drive customer
