[Idea] Early Corps and Army

Can anyone give me an idea or help me to make a mod that can make early corps and army?

My plan is to make corps in medieval age then army is in renaissance or industrial age.

It is in the UnitCommands.xml. Corps default is PrereqCivic="CIVIC_NATIONALISM" and Army is PrereqCivic="CIVIC_MOBILIZATION"
