[Idea] New Builder action to buy a tile the Builder is standing on

Motivation: I got tired having always to select city, select tile purchase view, buy tile, exit view, select builder, and only then build the improvement. What if we can just indicate that we want to "buy this tile", while giving commands to our Builder?

Implementation:

1. New builder action "Purchase": works on all terrain outside of any borders and while within 3 tiles of a city. Unfortunately can't work on Mountains, which is fine because those instances are rare. Most times you should prefer to spend money on tiles you will be able to work even if it means spending an extra 50g on the connecting tile.
2. Purchase does not spend worker charge nor movement. Tooltip of the Purchase button will show the purchase price. Or better yet, show the gold amount button directly in Builder's action panel.
3. When purchased, the routine looks for the nearest city (i.e. for the lowest price) and purchase the tile from that city.
4. Player can then proceed to build improvement immediately as normal.

Would this be possible? It would definitely help those of us who spend every last penny we have on land. :3
