if you incite a war by constantly spying, how does that affect WW?

My question is, if you incite a war by constantly trying to insert spies (or other espinage), is war weariness treated as if YOU started the war? or as if the AI did?

Because if it's treated as the AI starting the war, it's a nifty way to start wars when you're a repub. or demo.

Well, since the AI declares war on you, then it is treated as if they started the war. It is very nifty indeed, but you do have to have some cash on hand.

Also, if you manage to insert a spy, keep trying to steal their world map (on the least safe method) in the hope they declare war on you.

Ill have to try this one. Being on Reoublic I don't want to suffer from war weariness when I attack the Indians for their oil and coal.
