Is there any reason why the Indus River mouth is all unsettleable marshland and jungle? That area is one of the original centers of civilization in the ancient world, and was important to history in the entire area. It's also one of the most heavily populated areas in the world today, as it was in ancient times, but you'd be lucky to find size 2 city there by the year 2000 in game, after some jungle has been cleared. In the real world that area isn't even all marshland and jungle, but mostly desert/plains, TEMPERATE forest, floodplain, and hills. Was this done for game balance, or just has never been brought up?
