Interface madness

Can someone please fix the following interface problems:
  • The unit/building/wonder list don't rewind when I scroll down to build a unit, e.g. if you have to scroll down to click on a Galleon, it will pop back on top and forces you to scroll again
  • Provide a way to select certain units that would respond to "move all on stack". Current one with the Alt-G will move your defenders out of the city, which you've kept fortified. The old Civ3 Complete way to do this seems mighty fine. Why the change?
  • Lag in removing and adding units in the city queue. Try removing any particular unit. On a AMD 2500+/1GB/Radeon 9000, in the "full" city screen which didn't have a heck a lot of 3D, in a 3-way small map, and around the Victorian area (Calvary, etc...), removing units/buildings off the queue may take a second. Try a 8-way normal map, and that can be even more. Sometimes, if you shift/ctrl click on a unit/building icon, and let go off the key too quickly, it may simply switch what it is building.
It's a fun game. I do like it. But the interface (and the stuttering panning) is pretty much driving me up the wall here. Civ3 looks a bit more attractive despite its gameplay flaws that I have a minor problem with.
