IR41.DLL error -- HELP!

[1965topps]

I am trying to play Civ2 on Win2000. I am getting the following error --

Civ2 caused a Stack Fault in module IR41.DLL at 0002:019D.

Any ideas on the fix?

Yes, I do collect cards. In fact, my oldest set is 1965 Topps baseball. How ironic!
