Is There A Civ Editor For OS 9.2 HELP!!!

Help Me out guys, I love this game so much, I want to start creating my own mods is there anything that can edit the game for OS 9.2 PLEASE HELP!!!! (someone!)

Sorry, there is no editor for the classic OS systems. You certainly can download and use any mods made here in the mac forum, or elsewhere; however, if you want to make changes in 9.2, you'll need VPC and a PC Civ 3 version, patched to 1.21f (PC).

Thank you Dojo. I had a feeling I was going to be out of luck but I also run OSX is there an editor that allows me to change units and cities, you know create my own modpacks, or is it just an editor to edit the maps.
