Is there a good AI mod somewhere?

Is there a good AI mod out there? I guess the vanilla AI just isn't doing it for me. Every one of them always have to expand into every nook and cranny on the map, and then going at war with one of them but they never attack, or when they do they go to garrison of 15 archers and attack it with 1 horseman...

I'm kinda new here so wasn't sure where to look for this mod so if anyone can point me to one, thanks.
