Is there a "jump to city" mod?

Past versions of Civilization included a "jump to city" feature: a list of cities would pop up, you clicked on a city from the list, and the game centered on that city. I still can't fathom why they left that feature out of Civ 4. It makes no sense.

Anyway, I assume it must be possible to code this in a mod somehow. Has anyone done it yet?
