Is there mod that gives tech on city capture?

I am unsuccessfully trying to find an existing mod that grants tech points to you if you capture a city instead of, or in addition to getting the gold. Does anyone know of a mod that does this?

Nemo - try Rise Of Mankind by zappara. When you capture the city of a Civ that has techs you don't have, you will receive a research bonus towards that tech. It's a fantastic mod for many other reasons as well!

I know about Warlord's 'Gengis Khan' mod. You require to capture 2 cities of a civ in order to get the tech, or you can research it or bulb it via Great General. But the problem is that you are working with BtS mods, not Warlords.
