Keep running into missing file crashes

Hey so I am somewhat new to using mods... I have been playing civ for years though...

I recently installed a few mods, but continually run into errors, here are two for example:

In D&D Mystara I get Error missing file swordsmanforitfy.wav (or a similarly named file)...

In Robs age of Piracy Mod I get Error missing file Settler.... .flac (cant remember the complete name).

Anyways, I assume this will keep happening, and it just makes the game crash. Did I botch the Mod installation? Its a pretty simple process so, idk. Are these files just missing from the mod?

I installed with Civ 3 Complete, and am using conquests to play the mods. Can anyone assist with this?

Hrmm, i have had other mod packs work now... i still have errors with these two... should i be posting in their respective forum? Anyone else have these two work?

Yes the creation forum is probably better. The missing files are either just that, missing or they have the wrong name. A typo is common.

You can just copy a file into the proper directory and rename it for flac and wav files. Sometimes the ini for that unit just has the name wrong.
