Knight wouldn't heal...

I had a knight at 5/100 hp. Tried making him sit still a turn and no change. Moved him into my borders, no change.. Had him fortified in a city and he still wouldn't heal. Am I missing something?

I have same situation. I play with Kongo and there is musketers unit. Those what is wounding does not heal.

Do you lack copies of the relevant strategic resource (horses or niter) for the wounded units? If so, if you acquire more sources, does healing resume?
