[GS] List of effects that extend X tiles ?

I'm looking for a list of effects that extend X tiles. The idea is to create a mod (and this will be the first one I ever do for CIV) that readjusts/rescales those ranges when the min distance between cities is instead 4 / 5 / 6; pretty much creating a Start Distance ++ mod.

If you have a DB Browser, you can go into the Buildings table and order by "RegionalRange" to get a list.

If you don't have a DB Browser, get one.

zoo/stadium and factory/power plant. I'm pretty sure they are the only ones.

Buildings have a field RegionalRange in buildings table. They don't use any modifiers (to get the effect).
There is an effect ADJUST_DISTRICT_EXTRA_REGIONAL_RANGE but there is none for buildings.
