looking for c++ cvGameCoreDLL

Hi! I can see that you can dowload the CvGameCoreDLL c++ files for BTS, but does anyone has them for Warlords?

they are in the warlords directory:
...Civilization 4\Warlords\CvGameCoreDLL

I have lost the civilization 4 cd (I had complete edition with Warlords and BTS) and now I have civ4 on steam...

and guess what, the cvGameCoreDLL files aren't provided when you download civ4 on steam... that's my situation.... but if you have them you could send them to me by email on in dropbox if you work with that... If you could help me out I would really appreciate it...
