This is a minor thing and I'm not even sure if it is a bug or a setting I might be missing, but any map caption that I place down (using alt+s) gets removed whenever the game is saved. Doesn't matter if it is auto saved or manually saved.
I am using the Civ 4 steam version. I tested with a few other modpacks and basegame and it works fine there. Any idea what I could do to fix it?
