Map Editor Bug: Jungle cant be placed on Plains anymore.

As title says, Jungles can not be placed on Plains anymore.
They can be placed on Grassland though... Have the prereq tiles swapped or whats going on? Bug perhaps?

I can put Jungle on Plains just fine.

It's always fun to settle on Jungle to then see it was over Plains which disallows you to build stoneworks. So if they changed what the OP said, then that actually would have made some sense to me.
