Marlas Map and Fundi Patch ?

I am playing Marlas Map, and I have to say it is the best map, i ve ever played.

Is this possible to have two mods?

I mean, I wish to have back the Fundamentalist (fascist) government.
Is it possible to combine both?

If yes, how should I install them? Which one first?..
