Massive modmod

I have been tinkering around since the new patch came out. I have been trying to get the old Svartalfar mod on .25 patch k. While I was tinkering, I noticed that alot of the buildings had no art of there own. So I have decided to use the download section here and pick out appropriate art. Nothing here is original work except for the xml editing I have done to include these works into the game.

All credit belongs to: Woodelf, HROCHland, asioasioasio, winddelay and Sureshot.

Here are some screen shots:

New palaces for most civs.

New skins for world wonders which had bland filler.

Fellowship of Leaves now has a new look!

Unfortunately, I seem to only have 500 KB to work with. The .rar archive is 8.76 meg. If anyone is interested in this mod-mod, we will need to figure out an alternate way of sharing it.

You could host on somewhere like Gameflood or 3DDownloads. Failing that publish it as a torrent at 8 meg it won't take long to download. Ill happily try it

Sure thing, I will update the mod before tomarrow.

If anyone else has things they would like to add, all I ask is for a screen shot so I can see if it belongs.

The examples you've shown look outstanding. I'm anxious to see where this leads. The current captials are ripe for some unique flavoring. Question, would a top 5 city with many wonders and a palace look like my childrens' toy chest, overstuffed with neat things?

Depends, I have tried to keep them a reasonable size but for some of the graphics I really needed to make them huge to get the desired effect. Unless you cheat and put every wonder in the game in one city I doubt it will looked that cluttered.

As for the trees, I will have to add them into the next release. I can't add files to gameflood unless I make a whole new release it seems. When I have more than trees to add I will throw them on the update.

Hi - the screenshots are great and convinced me to download your Modmod, which I did without problems. I de-compressed the file and pasted it into my BTS/Mods/FFHII/Assets folder, but I am not sure I did it right.

I'm afriad I'm a bit thick with this sort of stuff - can you give me a headsup on what to do?

The palaces look to large and obstrucive, but I really like the FoL.
