Mini Map

I have C3C editor --- Ok so when I download maps, the mini map shows an elongated version of the map compared to the screenshot. Is this because I need to resize the minimap or something? How can I fix this because it really bothers me thinking that the map looks distorted and everything, im kind of a perfectionist.

The mini-map window isn't resizeable, so any map that isn't 'square' (i.e. height = width) will appear distorted. I don't believe there is anything that can be done about it.
