Missing City Hyper-links

Civ IV is an awesome game that just needs a few adjustments to make it "Perfect" One of those adjustment would be the ability to hyper-link to any city from the Domestic Advisor's screen.

For example, once you have several cities, you can go to the Domestic Advisor screen to determine which one has the highest production level so that you know where to build your next project. But, there seems to be no easy way to go directly to a specific city once you determine where you want to go.

Is there a feature I am missing or has anybody else discovered this missing feature that we used to have in Civ III?

I don't really understand how they unlearned all the stuff that worked in the Civ III advisor screens. The only advisor that seems better in Civ IV is the foreign advisor (since you can display more than 8 civs at a time). Now that I think about it, I wish they hadn't dropped some of the options from the Civ III foreign advisor screen.

Civ IV is a wonderful core game with a few annoying but central "gamey" elements (i.e. artificial rock-scissors-paper unit strengths, ala RTS games). However, the interface, civilopedia, etc really needed a month or two more work. The "fit and finish" on this game is below what I expect from Firaxis (meaning it's about average instead of superb).

I can't agree with this more. I have the damndest time finding my cities on my map and got used to being able to get to them through the domestic advisor. Yeah, I could cycle through them, but it's much much quicker the old way. Please tell me this will be fixed somehow, sometime.
