I really want to take the double natural wonder yield ability from this mod:

And be able to easily apply it to any other leader I play as.
If someone could help me by isolating this ability so that all I have to do is replace the code referring specifically to Isabella to the leader of my choice? I had asked KCucumber, and they gave me instructions but I wasn't able to follow them successfully.
