Hello all.
Sorry if this is a bit of a bother, but I have absolutely no experience in making civ mods whatsoever and want to start trying to make a custom civ. I've got ModBuddy and the Assets downloaded, but I don't understand a single thing I'm looking at or how to actually make the abilities and things like that.
I quickly looked through the tutorials section and I don't think there is something an absolute beginner could use to work through it. So...does anyone have any advice to help?
