i never liked civ5 but i going to mod and see what can be done, my plan at first is simple, expand the content new buildings, units, tech, civilization.
i will also change the econimc aspects of the game so that way EVERYthing dosnt cost atleast one gold. roads should be free, most buildings shouldnt cost money. i also believe every building should have a number of pros and cons that make picking what buildings to build in which cities very important part of the game.
unit combat should be closer to rock paper sissors like the old game, transport units, stack combat(i figure at first ill limit 3 units per tile and see how that works then increase it in by 2 until it feels correct)
units and building should be cheaper,(but since there is so many buildings you couldnt possible have all of them) unit will be much cheaper to just have around.
i want every era to last about 150-200 turns(except for anciant) everything seams to speed by.
that is what i want to accomplish at first with my mod
