The world 2002+. My first since the 1850-1900 scenario. This is based on todays world. It will soon be fully finctional. For now you can look at it on civ editor. I know the cities locations suck but that will be improved with the graphics and recources etc then. Such a complicated world. Well 31 civs all across the world.
Terrorists will be added not to mention state ran terrorism haha.
I put special forces in which cost like 99 shields and only the most advanced military countries can have them then.
The civs will probarly change too. This is an advanced kinda prototype. The not so advanced one was when it was a creation in civ3 and i showed stalin. I hated it then and told him that i will release it for PTW when i can get more civs.
Oh yeah anyone who wants to make a more simple new day scenario dont add NATO. Much better having anglophone nations such as USA, BRITAIN, AUSTRAILIA, NEW ZEALAND and CANADA. Thats what will happen for the war with terror this is the new alliance then.
