How do I modify Civ4 screen of chhosing a leader for a game?

I would guess that its done in SDK, but maybe python, if someone managed to modify the civopedia.

I believe it would be python. Like for the Civics screen the file is in: Python\Screens and is called CvCivicsScreen.py
So, I would presume there is a similarly named file associated with the leaderscreen. Not sure which one it is but if you know python I am sure you might be able to figure it out.

I know about civic screen... But I'm interested in screen of choosing a leader, and I can't find it
