While I realize most of the changes are in for .31...
And I might just be sleep deprived but...
Upon hearing about the "wandering barbatos" that almost was, I was thinking that there really should be more wandering death-dealing barb critters. Gurid, Margalard, and the horsemen just aren't enough. If a barrow sits around for 150-200 turns, it OUGHT to spawn a lich that runs around shooting wraiths. Similarly, I'd like to see a random attack by a dragon sometime. The wandering Acheron only stank because it left the dragon's hoard unguarded. But if another dragon were to come along and start wreaking havoc, that'd be superb.
Maybe the idea should be picked up for a scenario - turn the Armageddon counter off, and then you've got two hundred turns to prepare for the coming of the critters. Wyverns, drakes, sphinxes, liches, giants, dragons, fields of killer plants sprouting up, invisible bacon-huts that add the heavy promotion to any unit that walks across it, Snarf from Thundercats... you get my drift.
