Hello, A few friends and I are experiencing an issue in a multiplayer game, and wonder if some knows the issue or mistake that we are making. I fired a nuke strike against another player, and did not declare war first. Neither of us are able to move into the others territory or attack their units, but we can nuke each other. This has been 3 turns like this now. Any thoughts on this issue, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
