Allow for multiple UUs for each civ.

Examples:

Persians to have Cataphracts to replace knights (4-3-2, needs horses, but not iron), English could have Spitfire to replace fighter (5-2), Americans could have B-17 to replace bomber (bombard 9-7-3), Germans could add U-boat to replace submarine (8-4-4), etc. This would allow more variation in build decisions and for the ancients civs (Greeks, Persians, Rome...) and chance for different age UU's to be available. It also gives scenario builders many more units to add life to their creations.

There are many wonderful units available in the custom mod forum that Atari could acquire (originator would probably gift the unit for a little artistic credit) and if multiple were allowed the benefit would be much greater than the cost (always a plus)

Just another two cents spent in the forums!!

[Edit]: If not an unlimited number, then maybe a UU per age.

It would be nice to have 2 UU for each civ, but each should be in different eras, preferably when the civ in question was at a peak. For example: Germans - Germanic Spearman, represents Gothic tribes who overran Rome, and Panzer, to represent German dominance of Europe during 1st part of WWII. Chinese: Rider for ancient era, and Treasure Ship for medieval period. Americans: Minuteman, to represent US forces who threw off British tyranny, and F15, for modern military supremacy. Russians: Cossack, and maybe T-34, to represent Soviet supremacy at end of WWII. And so on, and so forth.
