Music Error

I just installed Civ2 on my new computer and all the sudden I realized its playing music from another game. Is this normal? Why is the game doing this?

Sorry I don't know the answer to your problem but if it's any consolation mine won't play music at all. It tells me I must insert the CD but it's already inserted, so I play in "silent mode".
