Music modpacks

Is there a general music modpack for Civ IV Vanilla or BTS? I've found one that changes out a lot of the diplomatic music, but that's not really what I was looking for. As much as I love the music selections in Civ IV and BTS, I've played them both so much I'm tired of the same symphonies and all. Has anyone created an easy-to-use (download to desktop, unzip to Civ IV/Mods or whatever) modpack like this? I've searched through multiple forums, word-searched it many ways, still can't find anything. I'd think someone must have done something like this.

Just start up a new game, go to the Menu and select "Options:, go to audio, check "Custom Music Folder" and select whatever music folder you want the game to load.
