This thread pretty much says everything I tried (not from me, it's from a different person who had the exact same thing). We tried changing resolution, we tried deleting appoptions etc. I could still try changing the API, but I really want to know if there are other options too! I've been troubleshooting with her for more than five hours and I really want her to be able to play
