My prophets do not allow me to create a religion

Twice I have gained a prophet through Hagia Sophia and given no opportunity to create a religion. There are only 4 civilizations so I know some are available. My only option is to move the prophet out of the city. Please advise.

Don't you have to have enough faith points? I thought it was after the 600th faith point and only that prophet allows a religion. If you are getting into the screen, don't forget that you have to choose two follower beliefs in order to pick your religion also.

I probably didn't have 600 faith but I do not get the chose religion screen. I have been allowed to chose a religion with other leader without the points. Is there something different about the Korean leader in the Immortal setting?

I'm not a frequent player on smaller maps sizes and therefore with fewer players, but IIRC with less then 12 players you have less then 7 religions available, too.
