My term as President

Its sad to start anything thing this way, but its true. I am now the president.

I dont know much of what to say. its late, and my resoruces are therefore limited. I'll post a much more all-inclusive post toamrrow in this thread. for now I'd request a short break in the game, for mourning corn's untimley passing.

I'll do my best... thats all I can ultimetley promice.

The game will continue as before, and Pellakan will be provided the FULL support of the CFC staff, the same as any other president of the game has gotten.

Game procedure is established and written out, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Sorry Pellaken, that should be the extent of my griping that my government doesn't represent me. It's a great shame that CornMaster is no longer president and supermod, but I'm sure you will make a decent president.

Well. I've done some thinking, and this is how I'd like things done. first off, I'm resigning immidetley as deputy minister of the interior. I'm gonna take the next 2 days to look at polls, DL the game, look at where we are, etc. on the third day, I'd take some time to discuss, and I'll probably play 5-10 turns on thursday or friday. perhaps I'll increase as time goes on, but for the first round, I wanna get used to things. I'd like to ask this:
Each minister appoint a deputy ASAP. I have a few candidates for Vice in mind, and they will be PMed, they can then eathier accept or refuse, and I'll choose from those that accept. if you want the job, you can PM me. I will also talke a little to PH. with corM gone, he will need to start doing some mod activities. for all I know, he is already, but I'll talk to him nontheless.
I'd like a report from each chief minister {non deputy} about thier department. for example, the science minister would send a report that would look like so:

this should be the general report style, though I'll accept any. I tend to be lazy at times, and I feel this would help me get closer to the people. its not a requirement, but I feel it would help. Opinions from any citizen, no matter how "weimar immiture" they may be, will be heard out. I'll clear out my PM box each day as to ensure I have room for many PM's

I can never replace corn, and can never ask to. he was a person that stood out. he helped me many times when I got in sipps here at the forums. I'll need all of you to help me fill these big shoes. I hope that we can all continue on. we will not be the same as we were, but in the end each of us will be stronger. we will always have a little corn in each of us

other then the reports, I'll try to keep things simple. despite my arguments, its been made clear that simple=fun. I even realised that Friday night when my friends and I.... er... nevermind
