When you kill someone everyone who has a "peace treaty-alliance against dead civ" deal declares war on you.

Steps to recreate: Pick Austria. Declare war on Spain, Russia, and Prussia. Declare a peace treaty with Russians and Spanish with the provisions as "peace treaty + millitary alliance against Prussians". Kill Prussians.

Actual Result: Spain and Russia at war with you again.

Expected Result: Spain and Russia not at war with you again.

Since you attached the military alliance as a condition for the peace treaty, then as soon as the alliance ends (you killed the civ), the deal is broken (so the peace treaty is broken and is ended, so you have war).

I know if you attached alliances along with a peace treaty, then if your 'ally' signed peace with your enemy, they declare war on you, because they broke the conditions of the peace treaty (the condition of the peace treaty was the alliance).

Technically this is correct but isn't the Kill the ultimate you want out of an alliance? No matter who the Killer is?

Imho this should be corrected.

I've looked around this forum, but I didn't find anything about this:
Pick France, and propose MPP and passage to Aus, Spa, Swe, Ott and they'll give out all their cities for it. Russia will give almost a third of its. Win by turn 2.
Stupid to do that of course, but it's allways interesting to bargain a MPP for money (for example). And all this nations will give you all their money for an MPP.
