Navy Seals...

The Navy seals of the USA and special forces of other countries also, often have boats that are carried by even bigger boats (assault carriers, etc) would that be possible in Civ 3?

Maybe in the xp, maybe in your dreams...

that would be cool but seals are made for specific missions. Maybe they could have an option that allow us to destroy specific city improvement or wonder and a chance of doing it without be caught.
