Need help ending trades/embargos/ROPs

Hi, relatively new player can't figure out how to end 20-turn deals on my own initiative when the 20 turns are up; I'm only able to respond to an AI request to negotiate. What am I missing? I really needed to lift an embargo the other day when I'd been at peace a while, and another time I desperately needed to kill a longstanding resource trade after I lost my 2nd supply....Thanks

When you go to the bargaining table, at the bottom, there are three choices: New, Active, and Clear Table. Active shows your current deals and clicking on them ends them.
