I am going to make a new trait:
+1 Food, Production, Sience, Gold, Culture and Faith for every 2 Citizens in every city.
+1 Tourism for every 2 Citizens per city once Radio is discovered.
+1 Happiness for every 4 Citizens in a city.
I have no plan to create a new civilization so I just add this trait on a vanilla civ (Ethiopia). I have made the function with a dummy building providing yields per pop and a dummy policy edited with Aristocracy. However, neither of them works properly in game. Actually they just don't provide any bonus at all. For adding building, FreeBuilding in xml or SetNumRealBuilding in lua failed. I want to know what the issues are and how to solve them. A big thank for anyone who can offer help!
