Need help with Corruption.

I just recently conquered america (Except one city they had hid away I hate that). Now I want to clear the huge gaps in my borders there but I have massive corruption. Whats the best way to clear this out? My empire is pretty big. It stretches over more than half of my half of the continent (Pangea map small panama type area connectiong 2 halves.) I am also in republic but I can switch to democracy if I need too. Heres a picture of my empire on the map The green dot is my capitol. There is also a save file if you need any additional info Conquests 1.22

If it is C3C, just stick the FP in a decent city, that is not super far from the capitol. This way it can be built in a reasonable time frame.

I would not sweat corruption a great deal as you are in a dominating position. Maybe toss in a few courthouses, use specialist to help.

If Religious, you may go commie and put up the HQ, I would not bother if not religous. Just eat the corruption and let the core do all the work.

Best solution for corruption here is probably to build the Forbidden Palace as soon as possible, then switch to communism when you get it. Courthouses in cities that are 25% to 75% corrupt wouldn't hurt either. Corruption is just something you have to live with. It looks like the best way to improve you economy in this situation is to grow the population in cities that are already uncorrupt. You'll make a lot more money if all the cities in the first ring around your capital are as big as Paris and Lyons.
