Need help with mods etc...

Hi!
I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but I'm kind of tired ( it's 3am here in Finland) and I just wanted to post this.
I need help with how to use different mods, scenarios etc... I have Civ3 Conquest. For example I love the look of Taekos game (many other play with the same as well...) I mean that one in the story of : Taeko takes on Deity.
If someone would have time to give an answer for me... please.

Normally the mods post instructions along with the file.

If not, just paste the mod folder in either Conquests or Scenarios in the Conquests spot in Civ 3.
