New Civ- Singaporeans

First post!

Here's the Singaporean Civ v.1. The Singaporeans are Industrious and Commercial, and replace the Chinese.
Their leader is Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew .

I haven't added any new graphics or new units, so their CSU is still the Rider. I'll try to add them in future versions. The Civilopedia article is also under construction.
