alrite im not good at civ3, i always have trouble and can't get pass the second difficulty. need some good hints like whats a good ratio to keep and what to build first and what so on. thanx

IMHO, having more cities than your opponent is the most important thing besides remembering to go to the bathroom peridoically during the game. The following article helped me get to the next level :
