Newbie Question: Do Promotional Bonuses of 1 unit apply throughout the entire stack

Do Promotional Bonuses of 1 unit apply throughout the entire stack?

As far as I know, not. At least for things like Combat 1 or such, these only work for the unit that has them. An exception is Medic 1, which works for all units on the same tile as the unit that has this promotion.

A question on that: do medic promotions stack? For example, you have 2 units with medic 1 in a stack, does this mean the stack gets healed for +20% per round, or is it still only +10%?

Medic does not stack. Though I do believe that medic 1 on one stack will add with a medic II from a unit on an adjacent tile..

Not sure on that one though, but it makes sense!
