No one interested in creating an Info-Center?

Hi,

It's really frustrating that there is no Info-Center for Civ V here.

For lots of things in discussions (like policies, buildings or other stuff), I'd really like to be able to go and look up the details. Because there is no Info-Center, I can't.

Can't some kind motivated soul make an Info-Center for Civ V?

Barring that, are there other internet sites that provide this information?

I think the problem is that the game is still evolving on a day by day basis.

Somebody could dedicate an awful lot of time to writing some literature only for it to be outdated by the next patch / exp pack very quickly.

It'll get there.

civ 5 war academy is under construction. at least a few people are interested in creating it.
go to your account, group membership, and join Civ5 War Academy Contributers if you'd like to help.

I'd recommend becoming a contributor for the war academy. I'm not the best civ player but you can join if you want to.
