[NOT A BUG] Great wall, no wall

Enemy built the great wall. I took the city with the great wall but the city no longer had a wall once captured.

Is this working as intended?

Short answer: Yes.

Detailed answer, every city that has a wonder that gives a free building, does not give the free building to the conqueror of that city. Eg. No free Library if you capture a city which has the GL. You'll just take the GL. You may build a Library if you want afterwards, but it won't be free.

Ah ok. It just felt a bit strange with the great wall still up but no more city wall, purely from a consistency point of view.
